ONLINE RETURN POLICY AGREEMENT

This return and exchange policy applies to our online store, the BOB store.
Back of the Box Recipes creates the designs on the products we offer in our online store (the BOB store). We do not create the products that the designs are printed on. We utilize a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. Therefore, the following conditions dictate our return and exchange policy.
In the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error (defect), we can offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
A defective product is:
- The graphic on your product is incorrect or has a misprint
- The item size you received differs from what you ordered
- The color of the item you received differs from what you ordered
How to return a defective product:
- Fill out the RMA form at https://backofthebox.store/returns
- Upload a photo/photos clearly showing the defect of the product with the form
You may keep the original item if so desired. There is no need to return it.
Please note that Back of the Box Recipes will not be held responsible and will not offer reprints or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund. For DTG (Direct to Garment) products, there is a tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
