So, if you found this page we will assume there was a problem with your order. We ask that you fill out the RMA form to the right (or below if you are viewing on a mobile device).
Be sure to upload any photos you have of the defective product. “Tell them no more than 4.” “Shut-up, BOB. She is explaining to the customer.” As I was saying, it is best to photograph the item on a flat, well-lit surface. Please be as descriptive as possible in the message section of the form to aid us in realizing the problem.
Once the problem has been assessed we will promptly respond to provide a speedy resolution.
